Is this the same as BLS/healthcare CPR?
No. This is an HSI-approved course designed for non-healthcare providers. If you're a nurse, EMT, doctor, or other healthcare professional, you need our AHA BLS course instead.
Do I need any prior experience or training?
No prior experience is required. This class starts from the basics and is designed for anyone regardless of background.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring a valid photo ID and wear comfortable clothing — you'll be practicing hands-on skills on the floor. No textbook or pre-work is required for this course.
Is this accepted for childcare or OSHA requirements?
Yes. This certification is accepted by childcare facilities, schools, and most employers for OSHA workplace compliance. We can provide training documentation for your HR or licensing records upon request.
